Processing bank statements is a problem

At this point, customers may experience problems processing the bank statements. We are investigating where the problem comes from. We will update this notification as soon as we know more. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Update 4:30 pm: We were able to determine the cause of the problem. A solution is currently being prepared for this. It is a very complex problem, so we want to test it carefully. This takes longer. We now expect to patch this issue on the night of January 19-20. In that case, it will work correctly again on Wednesday January 20. It is possible to continue working despite this error. If the system stops while processing the bank statement, you can skip the transaction line by using the 'Skip line' action.
