When calling our SupportCenter, sometimes the connection is unexpectedly broken. At 12:00 we will restart our telephone system, to exclude whether that is the problem.

Unfortunately, the restart of the telephone system is not yet fully completed and we are not available by phone at this time. You can submit your incident via the customer portal, we will help you as soon as possible.
